The Turbo Snake is meant to clean out clogs in drains. Well I have not used it for that yet but have used it for preventive cleaning of the bathroom drains in my house. With 4 men who all shave and shower and hair gets down into the drain and builds into a clog, I use it as a regular cleaning tool that when I clean the bathrooms I go ahead and stick it into the drains and wiggle it all around pulling up any loose hair so it does not get a chance to build up. Also I have used it to get caps to bottles used in the bathrooms and a ring or two keeping me from tearing the drain apart to find them. I would say this thing is a good friend to have around the house in an emergency. Side note: it is a short piece so it will only go so far down the pipe but is still good.
