NUTRIGOLD Whole-Food Women's Multi Gold Multivitamin

For this review I need to give you a little medical background on myself to better understand my opinions of this product. I do not have medical insurance at this time and have not been able to see a doctor for a confirmation, but after much research on my symptoms, I do believe that I suffer from Fibromyalgia. Now I am not going to go into great detail and bore all of you but in a nutshell it is characterized as chronic pain throughout the entire body. Some days are tolerable and some worse but you always feel pain. I take warm showers due to any temps higher than that just feel like a painful burn to my skin.

Now in also doing my research, I have found that there are some vitamins out there that can really help to calm some of the pain and I have been taking many each day to help lower the pain level I feel and I have to tell you they have helped.

But to give this product a fair trial and review, I stopped taking all that I normally take as soon as I was informed that I was being sent this product for review. It was hard but I wanted to make sure that all I had been taking was out of my system giving this Whole-Food Multivitamin Supplement with Minerals and Co-Factors a fair and complete chance to prove themselves. 

This is a multivitamin for women that contains no synthetic vitamin isolates found in most products on the market. They are a complex of nutrients concentrated from certified organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs using a patent-pending process and ActivFood nutrients cultured in nutritional yeast. They are safe and gentle without the metallic aftertaste. No GMOs, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, preservatives, Stearates, Sulfates, Laurates, and Dioxides. Now I am not sure what all that means but I do like the fact that there is nothing artificial or synthetic about these vitamins. These can also be taken with or without food and I do like that too. I have to say after comparing the label to what I normally take a day, there are a few missing in the Whole-Food Women's Multi Gold that I normally take but even without those daily the results were pretty good. I only took the 3 a day recommended on the bottle for exactly 25 days and even with the missing vitamins that were not contained in this bottle, I still did well. I had a few more days of pain but still not at a high level as I would if I had not taken any vitamins at all. I did not have any bad taste or reaction from these vitamins at all. I am very happy with their performance and effects. I really have to say these are worth the money.

As you see in the below pictures they do hang nicely from the ears even with the very slight weight they have. They are well made and durable. I wore them everywhere. I was sent the pair in the upper left picture to review. I am a plus size woman and the undergarment was true to size. Just a little snug the first time putting them on but once on, they were so comfy I barely noticed I was wearing them. The sewn in pad area is not bulky so there is no funny over stuffed feeling, but it is still very absorbent.

These undergarments are washable and reusable. They are well sewn and of very good quality. They come in multi packs and shipping is free on all 6 pack orders. They also ship discreetly.

The sewn in pad works great at locking in any fluids and keeping the body dry, but I found that these undergarments are made for light to medium leakage only. If you have heavy leakage or total incontinence, I do not recommend this undergarment for you because there is a limit as to the amount of fluid this undergarment, any undergarment can hold.

I do have to note that even though I have heavy leakage at times, I will continue to use the pair I have due to it is a nice and a more comfy change to what I have been using over the years.

Now I started taking this weight loss pill on December 27, 2013 once a day until the day of writing this review January 25, 2014.

My thoughts on using this product are somewhat mixed. I had high hopes when I was given the chance to review this type of product and wanted to give it every chance possible. Now its not all good and its not all bad. I took the product just as the label said to. I did not miss a day at all. I did notice that my food intake was curbed a little but not really drastically. I am not a big sweets eater but I do drink my sprite a bit more per day than the average person may. I try to eat healthy but I am not a health nut. I am an overweight person normally. I did not get any shakes or weird effect while using this product but the weight loss was very very minor. My grand total for the complete time I was taking this product was only 2 pounds. 

I must say that I was sick with the flu most of the time I was taking this product and I am not sure if it may have slowed the effectiveness or not. I am sure that if I had exercised a bit more the results probably would have been better and everyone is different. What may work for my and my body may not work for another and theirs. 

So in general I did have a little weight loss and noticed I was not as hungry most of the time, without any major side effect from using this product. 

So my final thoughts on this product are - I am going to leave the choice up to each of you that read my reviews if you want to try this one.  Take care everyone.

Dr. Scholl's For Her

 Now I do not wear high heels much due to my weight and Fibro, but I did have to give these a test. When you remove them from the package they are labeled left and right, toe and heel. When you lay them down and can read these words normally, that is the way they fit into your heals. There is a clear cover on the back that you pull off each one and then place them where you want them in your shoes. This area is not sticky like glue but is tacky and grips to keep them in place. I wear open shoes (see picture below) and they did stay in place. This pair is made for open types of shoes.

They also peel off the shoe leaving nothing behind causing no damage to your shoes. The soft built in gel arch shifts the pressure off the ball of your foot. The insert itself is not very bulky itself so not to add to much extra in your shoe causing your foot not to fit. The clear design is so they stay more hidden, not distracting from the pretty look of your heals. I have to say that they did help my feet some when I used them. I think I can wear heals a little longer than normally using this product. For those who wear heals all the time, these little jewels would probably make your feet feel like you were walking on clouds.

So not knowing how long a pair of these insoles would last before wearing completely out, I would say due to the comfort level, they are worth the investment. We all need to take care of our feet better. I also felt like they made me walk more upright and with better posture. 

Sinful Shine with Gel Tech nail polish

 Wow look at all the exciting colors !

This polish as you can tell from the above picture, has the Gel Tech Technology to give the polish 5 times more shine. I can say it does do that. I received the color Skinny Dipping (above second row from the top 6th one in from the left side) and this picture does not do it justice.

When I applied this polish, it went on smooth and with only one coat. I loved that. As you can see I also applied a pink stripe as a design. I left my index finger blank just for effect and to show the color alone in this picture.

YOU SURE CAN SEE THE SHINE THIS POLISH HAS AND THIS IS ALREADY DRY.

I love this polish. I have had some that last longer on the nails than this one did but the shine and beauty outweigh the longevity in my mind.

 I had so many complements when I wore this polish. I would buy this polish for sure. It definitely has a rich expensive look and makes a girl feel like she spent the day in a spa.

Olay fresh effects BB Cream

I was so very excited to get and try this BB Cream, any BB Cream due to I really wanted to see what all the

hype was about. I do not wear tons of makeup and the easier the better for me.

This BB Cream is a skin perfecting tinted moisturizer with sunscreen. A broad spectrum SPF 15.

My thoughts on this BB Cream are :

 I applied this with my fingers and with a makeup sponge. The product went on smoothly and blended well into my skin.

Left-no BB / Right has BB cream

The coverage for me is very light coverage but did feel a little heavy. I could tell it was on my face. I have reddish cheeks and this cream did seem to make it look a little less red but if you are looking for a makeup that con-seals, then this is not the product for you.

The coverage is light for those days when you do not need to hide as much or have that many flaws. I thought the coverage was fine but the way it laid on my skin even after making sure that I completely rubbed it into my face, was funny feeling. If I stayed inside in the a/c, I may have been able to like it better. Once I walked outside, I quickly began to sweat a lot on my face and the BB Cream was dripping off almost like water. So for me I will have to pass on this brand of Olay Fresh effects BB Cream I am sorry to say. I did have such high hopes for this product because again I do have days when I do not want to wear a lot of makeup and thought this could be my quick face and a little mascara kind of days.

I will give this to my daughter in law and after she had used it I will update her thoughts of this same product.

Ok now I have a review that all the ladies kind of do not like to talk about but do deal with. Our weight. Yes this is a review for a digital scale that has some bells and whistles. It is made by Ozeri and has a Microban antimicrobial coating of some kind on it to protect it from collecting stain and odor-causing bacteria that can grow. This coating will not wear away for the life of the scale itself. To clean it just wipe down with a damp cloth. Not dripping, just damp.  

This scale uses 3 AAA batteries that come with it. It is thin in design and has a nice look about it. Easy to use  without a tap then step. Just step onto the scale to activate. With the large lit LCD window that is a breeze to read, you can set it to weigh in 3 different types of readings, it will also say LO in the window to indicate low batteries and Err if weight is over the limits of this scale. The maximum weight is 400 lbs. Not many scales are built to handle the larger group of humans out there. This scale is built well and is very stable when placed on a flat non carpeted surface. Now I am a larger person but I am not going to tell you how much I weigh. I did put some weights (like from a bar bell) and got it all

the way up to 370 lbs and it seems to be very accurate. I have used this myself and most of my family members also just to see if it was accurate. It preformed well. Now the first time you use this scale it will read slightly more than your actual weight due to it needs to auto-calibrate. Just step back off after the first reading, let it turn itself off, then step back on for an accurate reading and this only has to be done the very first time. I like this scale. I think it is very well built and lends a better experience for those who are on the larger side. This scale comes with a Warranty making it even a better buy.

I can see many years of use out of this scale and only time will tell how many.
