For this review I need to give you a little medical background on myself to better understand my opinions of this product. I do not have medical insurance at this time and have not been able to see a doctor for a confirmation, but after much research on my symptoms, I do believe that I suffer from Fibromyalgia. Now I am not going to go into great detail and bore all of you but in a nutshell it is characterized as chronic pain throughout the entire body. Some days are tolerable and some worse but you always feel pain. I take warm showers due to any temps higher than that just feel like a painful burn to my skin.

This is a multivitamin for women that contains no synthetic vitamin isolates found in most products on the market. I only took the 3 a day recommended on the bottle for exactly 25 days and even with the missing vitamins that were not contained in this bottle, I still did well. I had a few more days of pain but still not at a high level as I would if I had not taken any vitamins at all. I did not have any bad taste or reaction from these vitamins at all. I am very happy with their performance and effects. I really have to say these are worth the money.

Sabi Pill Splitter

This is a product from the Sabi company and is very unique. It is a blade-less pill splitter that can be found on their website at www.sabi.com for only $ 9.99. It is made of complete durable plastic with a rubber insert to hold the pills you are cutting in place. The plastic it is made from, is also BPA free.

 As you can see from the pictures above, the pill cutter is sent packaged nicely in a box and nestled in a clear plastic insert to keep it safe during mailing to your home. You can also see here in the picture to the right that there is no blade and the grey rubber insert on the white side of the cutter to keep your pills in place while the cutting process is taking place. I love this feature for households with small children living there. In case they accidentally get their hands on this cutter, it will not cut their fingers or other items they may try and place inside it. 

The size of this product is about the same size around as the top of a soda can making it a comfortable handy item.

You may also think that due to there being no actual blade it would be hard to cut the pills, but I assure you it is easy. You just need to make sure you have it flat on a firm surface and using the palm of your hand just press down. I found that it only took about the same amount of pressure as the ones with blades do. I have week hands and wrists and found no problem working this cutter. With this cutter being completely plastic, you can easily wash it if needed and not a worry about a blade becoming rusty. There is a slight unclean cut effect (crumbs of pill) but I also get that with my cutter that does have a blade. 

I take a bunch of vitamins and the ones in the picture are pretty big and thick. It just makes it easier to take so many if I do not have to swallow the complete pills whole. This pill cutter had no problems cutting right through them with only a little pressure. With this cutter I also get a more even split in the actual pill due to the rubber insert keeps the pill from sliding around like with other cutters. The back hinge is well built and seems like it would last a long time. 

I did notice one thing that you have to be careful of, if your pill has one of those protective coatings on it, the cut may be a tad off as you can see in the above picture. My suggestion after cutting a few of these is to just press down on the cutter firmly but a bit slower than normal and you will get a cut as shown above.

Now I started taking this weight loss pill on December 27, 2013 once a day until the day of writing this review January 25, 2014.

My thoughts on using this product are somewhat mixed. I had high hopes when I was given the chance to review this type of product and wanted to give it every chance possible. Now its not all good and its not all bad. I took the product just as the label said to. I did not miss a day at all. I did notice that my food intake was curbed a little but not really drastically. I am not a big sweets eater but I do drink my sprite a bit more per day than the average person may. I try to eat healthy but I am not a health nut. I am an overweight person normally. I did not get any shakes or weird effect while using this product but the weight loss was very very minor. My grand total for the complete time I was taking this product was only 2 pounds. 

I must say that I was sick with the flu most of the time I was taking this product and I am not sure if it may have slowed the effectiveness or not. I am sure that if I had exercised a bit more the results probably would have been better and everyone is different. What may work for my and my body may not work for another and theirs. 

So in general I did have a little weight loss and noticed I was not as hungry most of the time, without any major side effect from using this product. 

So my final thoughts on this product are - I am going to leave the choice up to each of you that read my reviews if you want to try this one.  Take care everyone.

Before anything I want to tell you a little bit about this product from reading their website so you know fully what this review is about. Some of these type of health related products can be a bit confusing at first, I am not by all means an expert on any of this, but I did read the website and just wanted to tell you a few things they claim about this product then what my thoughts are on it. Total Nutrition claims to be 100 % All-Natural, Organic, GMO-Free, Vegan, Raw and Gluten-Free (GMO free means that a food does not contain genetically modified organisms. Though GMO free labeling is unregulated per the website that I found this info from.) They also claim to have many antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, nutrients, vitamins, phytonutrients, and good fats called essential fatty acids. That is a lot of natural goodness packed into each dose and I did not even list all that goes into this product. Now you are probably wondering what phytonutrients are and so was I, so I looked them up and this is what I found out on a medical website. Phytonutrients, also known as Phytonchemicals are plant chemicals that protect the plants from germs, fungi, and other things that can threaten the plant.

Now I was sent a sample size of this product and I also only mixed it in plain water to get the full taste and effect. I measured the said 8 oz. of water, added the powder, and stirred. The glass I have in the picture is a very large mason jar type of glass so it made the amount of water look like it was not enough but trust me I used a measuring cup to make sure. I then tasted the product. My honest opinion is that it was a little strong. I could not put my finger on exactly what it was but it was not bad tasting, just strong. So I added more water. Once I had about 16 ounces of water mixed into the glass, it was fine. I could easily drink it then. It is hard for me to describe the exact taste, but like I said it was much better and easy for me to just sit there and drink it with the 16 ounces of water. There also is a very little grit to this drink also, but was not a problem in enjoying the product. The grit is not the powder its something in the product that is so small you barely notice it. You can kind of see it on the picture to the right on the inside of the glass.

 As you can see here to the left I finished the whole glass and there is very very little grit left. I have to say that I did feel pretty good all day after drinking this product. I felt well not jittery or over energetic like some products out there can do. There is not any after taste of any kind. I did not get any bloated feelings or bad side effects like an upset stomach either. I felt rejuvenated. I can not give you a review on the longevity of using this product or continued effects due to I only was able to review a sample, but if the results were to continue to be the same with daily usage then I would say that this product would be a good investment for anyone who could afford the cost. I also would think that the delivery of the powder verses a pill, would be a more complete delivery system into the body and better effectively.

I was sent seven (7) packets to try and review and I take a lot of vitamins that I stopped taking once I was approved for this product so I could get the complete effect. I was honestly worried more about the taste than anything else. Tea leaves that you eat? They were not bad. I mean they are dried so that was a little noticeable every now and then depending on how I ate them but most of the time I just put them in my soup right before I ate it. The tea itself does not have a taste so it does not alter what you put it into. I did not put it into any smoothies or shakes due to I did not have anything to make a smoothie or shake with.

After completing the seven (7) days of packets and a few days without before writing this review ( to get the possible full effect ), the energy boost was subtle but there and remember I only had a seven day supply and everyone is different so it may take longer using the product for me to see more or better results. As I said in the beginning of this review, I stopped taking my vitamins so they would not interfere in using the Green Tea and for someone who has fibromyalgia (the reason for so many vitamins), I believe that if I had more of the Green Tea, I may or may not have been able to take less vitamins or none at all. I would only know that by using only the Green Tea for a much longer time. I did not get any upset stomach or caffeine crash while using this product either, and trust me I can only drink about 4 cups of coffee in a whole week due to the caffeine and what it does to my tummy. Do I think this product is worth the money? For what I had to review and the amount of time I was able to use the product, I think it could be. Can't hurt.

Ok now I have a review that all the ladies kind of do not like to talk about but do deal with. Our weight. Yes this is a review for a digital scale that has some bells and whistles. It is made by Ozeri and has a Microban antimicrobial coating of some kind on it to protect it from collecting stain and odor-causing bacteria that can grow. This coating will not wear away for the life of the scale itself. To clean it just wipe down with a damp cloth. Not dripping, just damp.  

This scale uses 3 AAA batteries that come with it. It is thin in design and has a nice look about it. Easy to use  without a tap then step. Just step onto the scale to activate. With the large lit LCD window that is a breeze to read, you can set it to weigh in 3 different types of readings, it will also say LO in the window to indicate low batteries and Err if weight is over the limits of this scale. The maximum weight is 400 lbs. Not many scales are built to handle the larger group of humans out there. This scale is built well and is very stable when placed on a flat non carpeted surface. Now I am a larger person but I am not going to tell you how much I weigh. I did put some weights (like from a bar bell) and got it all

the way up to 370 lbs and it seems to be very accurate. I have used this myself and most of my family members also just to see if it was accurate. It preformed well. Now the first time you use this scale it will read slightly more than your actual weight due to it needs to auto-calibrate. Just step back off after the first reading, let it turn itself off, then step back on for an accurate reading and this only has to be done the very first time. I like this scale. I think it is very well built and lends a better experience for those who are on the larger side. This scale comes with a Warranty making it even a better buy.

I can see many years of use out of this scale and only time will tell how many.
